Yes. The Cloned Scent is merely the name of the e-commerce store, which is owned and operated by Al-Dunya Imports.
Is Al-Dunya Imports/ The Cloned Scent a new perfume oil company? Where else have you sold your perfume oil products?
No, Al-Dunya Imports/ The Cloned Scent is not a new perfume oil company. In fact, we have been in operation for over 22 years. Notably, we have sold our perfume oils and related products in our own brick and mortar “Al-Dunya Imports” stores in California, and we have also had great success in selling our perfume oil products on Ebay and Etsy over the years.
You appear to have hundreds of great “reviews.” But most of your reviews are not current. Why? Are the reviews legitimate?
Yes, all of our reviews are absolutely legitimate. The reason why there may appear to be a lapse in review time on our website is because a vast majority of those reviews were transferred from our former Etsy shop,“theclonedscent1425.” And although we no longer sell our wonderful products on Etsy, within 6 short years of being on Etsy’s platform, we managed to fulfill tens of thousands of orders, maintain an extraordinary customer satisfaction rate, and become one of the most beloved, consistently top-ranked perfume oil companies on Etsy.
Your perfume oils are more expensive than other perfume oils online. What’s the difference between your perfume oils and the less expensive perfume oil scents?
The mass majority of the cheaper (less expensive) perfume oils are completely synthetic, lack strength, staying power, and are simply poorly replicated fragrances that are primarily made from questionable chemicals and petroleum bi products. Our perfume oils; however, are extremely potent, accurate, free from harmful chemicals, and are made with some of the finest essential oils and natural raw materials in the fragrance industry. Trust us, purchase this product and you will definitely notice the difference in quality.
How do I find the perfume oil scent or product that I want?
One of the best ways to find any scent or any particular product on our website, is to type the name of the scent or product that you are looking for in our Search Bar.
What shipping methods are availbale?
For both, Domestic and International shipping, we primarily use a First Class Mail service provided by the United States Postal Service. If a parcel is too large for the First Class service, it may be necessary to upgrade to a Priority Flat Rate service.
If you desire that we ship your parcel using a shipping provider other than the United States Postal Service, this may be possible. However, you would be responsible for the entire shipping cost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Although certain exclusions may apply.
How long will it take to get my package?
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery destination and certain logistical factors that may affect actual delivery times. However, in most cases, the delivery time for domestic first class parcels is 3 to 5 days after the parcel is received by the postal office. For first class international parcels, the average delivery time is 10 to 14 days after the parcel is received by the post office.
